Accounting Clerk/Sales Administrator - Dyersville, IA

Department: Accounting Clerk/Sales Administrator - Dyersville

Reports to: Controller

Supervises: None

Purpose:

Performs various accounting and clerical duties at the Dyersville location supporting other store locations as well. 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs account reconciliation.
  • Sales administration record keeping, supports sales staff and sales managers with daily sales activities.
  • Miscellaneous office duties helping other co-workers with related tasks as deemed necessary by the Controller.
  • Answering incoming phone calls & directing to the proper department.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years in an administrative assistant or accounting position is preferred.
  • Understands basic accounting functions such as debits/credits, accounts receivables, payables, & general ledger accounts experience preferred.
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and IE, Firefox, Google.
  • Ability to use various computer programs specific to the position.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Degree in Accounting or related discipline preferred but not required.
