Purpose:
Performs maintenance duties including washing and detailing of equipment as well as serve as safety coordinator and assist in coordinating customer pick-ups and deliveries in the Lawn and Garden Shop.
Responsibilities:
- Keep all facilities neat and organized including the shop, parts and showroom.
- Performs any maintenance to the buildings as instructed.
- Washing and detailing of equipment.
- Keep the lot neat and organized.
- Lawn mowing and snow removal.
- Maintenance of service trucks/pickups as needed.
- Perform shop equipment maintenance.
- Perform light repair work in the Lawn and Garden Shop.
- Coordinate safety inspections and safety meetings.
- Help with deliveries when needed.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries for the Lawn and Garden Shop.
- All other duties assigned by Management.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Computer experience is preferred.
- Great customer service skills.
- Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned.
- Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedure.
- Ability to obtain medical card.
