What is My Dealer?

A secure, online portal to your Bodensteiner Implement account

What is available on My Dealer?

Order parts, view and print invoices and statements, review and update your list of equipment/contact information, view equipment for sale, request service or quotes on service and equipment and email specific departments with questions/comments. 

What if I forget my password?

Select Forgot Username or Password on the sign-on screen

Can I change my password?

You sure can!  Log into My Dealer, go to Accounts, Profile and select Change Password button at the bottom of the page. 

Is there a charge for using this service?

Nope!

What if I don’t log out of My Dealer?

That's OK.  If there is no activity for 20 minutes or so, the system will automatically log you out. 

Can I access My Dealer from my mobile device?

Yes you can!  Just access it through whichever internet browser you use on your mobile device. Reminder...Internet Explorer is NOT compatible with My Dealer.
